The Straw Hat Pirates arrive at Clown Island, an island where animals talk. The animals make Chopper their new king. But there are human hunters who want to seize the horns possessed by the animals of that island, which, when consumed, provide immense powers. Luffy and his friends have to defend the animals from these hunters. In this third One Piece movie, Chopper becomes the king of the rare animals, while Luffy and his crew fight Count Battler to protect their friends and the island.
