«Narc» is the police thriller directed by Joe Carnahan and starring Jason Patric and Ray Liotta, on DVD.
Two narcotics detectives investigate the death of an undercover agent and their search for answers leads them into a web of drug trafficking and corruption within the police force itself. The investigation grows increasingly murky, with tense interrogations, street violence and loyalties tested, until it culminates in an uncomfortable truth.
The DVD edition includes a single disc and the cover mentions Tom Cruise as executive producer.
For fans of gritty, realistic police thrillers, with characters on the edge and a view that is far from flattering to the police.
