Charlie Baileygate, a kind and helpful Rhode Island police officer, suffers a psychotic break that gives rise to an aggressive alternative personality named Hank. The situation becomes complicated when Charlie must escort Irene, a woman wanted by the law, across the country, while struggling to keep his alter ego at bay. This comedy directed by the Farrelly brothers is a hilarious exploration of human duality starring Jim Carrey and Renée Zellweger.
