«Lundi Matin» is the film by Otar Iosseliani (2002), starring Jacques Bidou and Anne Kravz-Tarnavsky, on DVD.
Vincent is trapped in the routine of a town where every Monday announces a week that repeats without variation; his neighbours' quirks and habits overwhelm him. Tired of that life, he decides to go to Venice to discover what he lacks to be happy. The film shows his daily life and the journey with dry humour and an observational eye.
