Paul Kemp is an American journalist who, tired of life in New York, decides to move to Puerto Rico to work for a local newspaper. There, he finds himself immersed in an environment of excess, alcohol, and corruption while trying to find his own voice amidst a society in constant change. This adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson's novel captures the essence of the search for identity and social criticism with a touch of acid humor. Starring Johnny Depp, this film is a must-watch for fans of cinema based on literary works.
