Alongside veteran screenwriter Tom Buckley, she develops the script about the sisters Lily and Rose, who helped in the Dunkirk evacuation. She soon discovers that the real story has been embellished and that in cinema sometimes truth matters less than emotional effect. Amid bombings and shoots, Catrin finds her place in the film business and in her relationship with Buckley.
