«Horas de luz» is the Spanish drama film by Manolo Matji (2004), starring Emma Suárez and Alberto San Juan, on DVD.
Juan José Garfia is serving a sentence of over a hundred years after being convicted of three murders. In 1991 he meets Marimar, who works as a nurse in the same prison. Their relationship, frowned upon both inside and outside the prison, pushes Garfia to confront his guilt and ask for forgiveness, though the weight of his past does not let him go.
The DVD edition is Region 2 and PAL, runs 98 minutes, and offers audio in Spanish (Dolby Digital 5.1) with Spanish subtitles. Not recommended for viewers under 18.
