«Hacha de guerra» is the 1956 film by Kurt Neumann, starring Scott Brady, Rita Gam and Neville Brand, on DVD.
Jonathan Adams, a young artist from Boston in the 18th century, arrives in the Mohawk Valley to paint landscapes and portraits of Native Americans. His stay coincides with a land claim by Baron John Hoyt, and he soon becomes caught up in the conflict between settlers, soldiers and indigenous people.
It is a 79-minute western, with original English audio, Spanish dub and no subtitles. The original title is Mohawk.
Not recommended for under-12s; will appeal to fans of the classic western.
