Frank T. Welles (Mickey Rourke) is fresh out of prison and his life is completely destroyed. He decides to play his best card, and perhaps his last: win the Rodeo, challenging himself and the world. And while the torrid heat inflames the impatient bodies of the two young lovers, their inevitable destiny is fulfilled, inexorably...
