Paige, a medical student from the American heartland, fell in love with a classmate without knowing he is Edvard, prince of Denmark. Years later, weeks before the royal wedding, the couple must overcome family obstacles and an ancient Danish decree that would force the prince to abdicate if he marries a commoner.

Continues the story of Paige and Edvard from where the first instalment, «El príncipe y yo», left off.
