During a vacation in the Caribbean, a married man captures a mermaid while fishing and takes her home. The film, directed by Irving Pichel and starring William Powell and Ann Blyth, presents comedic complications when the man's wife doesn't believe the mermaid in the bathtub is anything more than a large fish. This DVD edition includes audio in English and Spanish, with subtitles available in both languages.
