The Newton family is increasingly annoyed by Beethoven's lack of discipline. During a walk, the dog escapes and is mistaken for Michelangelo, a perfectly trained dog. Meanwhile, Beethoven wreaks havoc in the high-society household where Michelangelo belongs. This family comedy is a fun-filled adventure that shows Beethoven's unique way of turning everything upside down.
