Arrebato

Synopsis of Arrebato

José Sirgado, a young film director, feels deeply dissatisfied after finishing his second film. His relationships with cinema are not as he imagined, and heroin has left a deeper mark than expected. His breakup with Ana, the protagonist of his first film, returns like a boomerang. Upon returning home, Ana and the heroine await him as if nothing had happened, and José falls into temptation. A mysterious package sent by Pedro, an adult with childlike behavior, re-emerges as the only possible answer to José's anguished SOS. Pedro's strange life trajectory, reflected in the film and the package's recording, will drag José to a breaking point, leaving behind Ana, sex, cinema, and drugs in a risky leap into the void.
