«Airplane!» is the 1980 comedy film starring Robert Hays, Julie Hagerty and Leslie Nielsen, on DVD.
«Airplane!» parodies the disaster films of the seventies: a former pilot afraid of flying has to land a commercial airliner when the crew is incapacitated after food poisoning. The absurd humour of «Airplane!» relies on visual gags, zany dialogue and the contributions of Leslie Nielsen and Lloyd Bridges.
«Airplane!», known in Spain as «¡Aterriza como puedas!», is distributed by Paramount.
For fans of absurd comedy and disaster film parodies.
