Hitman Tommy Spinelli travels with a bag containing eight severed heads, proof of a completed job. At the airport, his luggage is swapped with that of Charlie, a medical student going to visit his future in-laws. Tommy tries to recover his macabre cargo while Charlie discovers with horror what it contains.
