«Un incidente sin importancia» is the short story collection by Rosa M. Sardà, published by Planeta in hardback (112 pages, in Spanish).
A letter to her mother, who died very young, opens a set of stories in which Rosa M. Sardà evokes her comic grandparents and the neighbourhood of her childhood summers: a poor but vital post-war world. With nostalgia and irony, Sardà turns weddings, holidays, incidents and deaths into a tribute to the beloved voices that endure.
«Un incidente sin importancia» was published on 12 November 2019 and brings together texts written by Rosa M. Sardà over thirty years.
For readers of contemporary Spanish fiction looking for short stories with irony and nostalgia.
