«Poema del Descubrimiento: los bocetos de Santa María de la Rábida» is the monograph by Daniel Vázquez Díaz, published by Cinterco, S.L. in paperback.
It gathers the sketches Daniel Vázquez Díaz prepared for the frescoes of the Monastery of Santa María de La Rábida, dedicated to the discovery of America. The volume combines colour reproductions of these drawings with analyses and testimonies that place the artist's mural work within twentieth-century Spanish art.
Published in 1990, it includes a presentation by the Duke of Alba and a text by Joaquín de la Puente on Vázquez Díaz's work.
For those interested in twentieth-century Spanish art, mural painting and the figure of Vázquez Díaz.
