«Interior Affairs» is Alex Davidson's manual of decorative interior painting, published by Ward Lock Ltd. in hardback (128 pages, in English).
The book covers paint finishes and effects for the home: walls, furniture, fabrics, tiles or cans. Each technique is explained like a recipe, with ingredients, equipment and method. It includes stippling, dragging, ragging, sponging, stencilling, glass painting, trompe-l'oeil and imitations of marble, tortoiseshell, gold and leather, with colour photographs.
The work, subtitled «The Decorative Arts in Paintwork», was published in 1986; this is the first edition.
For readers interested in interior decoration and decorative painting, whether starting out or already experienced.
