«Falten und Spielen» is Susanne Stöcklin-Meier's children's craft and games book, published by Ravensburger in hardback (121 pages, in German).
A German-language book on origami and activities: it teaches paper folding to create figures, like the cranes shown on the cover, and gathers verses, songs and games around each craft. The approach combines manual skill, language and movement, designed for children to learn through play.
It was published in 1980; the full title is «Falten und Spielen. Die schönsten Faltformen aus Papier, dazu Verse, Lieder und Spiele». The recorded edition is the 14th.
Aimed at children beginning to create paper figures and at families or educators who want to share verses, songs and games in German.
