«Escuela de pintura» is Christina Thrän's instructional painting guide, published by Editorial Acanto in hardback (41 pages, in Spanish).
A didactic and playful guide that invites children and adults to paint and draw. Through exercises and examples, it teaches shading, colour blending, handling techniques and materials, and turning simple shapes into animals, flowers, landscapes or self-portraits. It also includes free space to practise directly in the book and suggests copying famous paintings.
First edition in 2000, translated from German by Cristina Sánchez. Part of Editorial Acanto's INFANTIL collection.
For children and adults who want to take up painting or share it as a family.
