«Equador» is the comic by Ricard Castells, published by Edicions de Ponent in hardback (119 pages, in Spanish).
Equador, created in 1984 and never published, condenses the graphic experimentation that Ricard Castells would later employ. The volume recovers it, with tribute texts and drawings by Jan Baetens, Marta Cano, Miguelanxo Prado, Toni Garcés, Antonio Altarriba, Ángel de la Calle and Pablo Auladell, and includes a guide with the text of the illustrations.
Work developed in 1984 as part of an unpublished trilogy; this volume was published in 2012 within the Crepúsculo collection (no. 29).
For readers of author comics interested in the recovery of an unpublished work by Ricard Castells and in the tribute of other artists.
