«Drama» is the young adult graphic novel by Raina Telgemeier, published by Scholastic in paperback (240 pages, in English).
Callie loves theatre, though she can't sing well, so she works as a set designer for the school production of 'Moon Over Mississippi'. Behind the scenes, Callie deals with friendships, first crushes and the tensions of teamwork, and the arrival of two brothers complicates everything. A story about self-discovery and passion for the stage.
Recognised with the Stonewall Children's & Young Adult Literature Honor Book award in 2013, it is recommended for readers aged 10 to 14.
An engaging read for middle school students and for those who enjoy stories about the world of theatre and school life.
