«Bolsos de Patchwork» is the patchwork manual by Cecilia Hanselmann, published by Editorial El Drac in paperback (64 pages, in Spanish).
Practical patchwork guide dedicated to making bags. It brings together more than twenty projects with their patterns and step-by-step instructions, with models of romantic, cheerful or retro aesthetics, some with appliqués and embroidery. It includes options for different uses —city bag, handbag, shopping or travel bag— and proposes customising each piece by choosing fabrics, trims and handles. The selection of designs allows both those new to sewing and experienced hobbyists to find suitable projects.
Original title: «Patchwork-Taschen» (2012). This Spanish edition is from 2013. The work falls within crafts and quilting.
The book is aimed at people starting out in sewing and at experienced patchwork hobbyists looking for new bag projects.
