«Animalada» is the catalogue of the exhibition of Valencian illustrators on imagined animals, published by the Generalitat Valenciana (258 pages).
The book documents a group exhibition where Valencian illustrators show imagined animals: a bestiary of fabulous creatures born from their authors' imagination. The edition combines the reproduced works with texts in Spanish and Catalan, adds the English translation, and closes with an index.
Published in 1998 in Valencia, with participation of the Consorci de Museus de la Comunitat Valenciana and the Associació Professional d'Il·lustradors de València.
For those interested in illustration, contemporary bestiaries, and Valencian art.
