«Misa Mozarabe» is the liturgical music album by the Escolanía de la Abadía de Santa Cruz and Schola Antiqua, released in 1997 by Milan-Alleluia, on CD.
The album presents the Mass of the Hispano-Visigothic Rite, also known as Mozarabic, in a performance by the Escolanía de la Abadía de Santa Cruz and the Schola Antiqua. Father Laurentino Sáenz de Buruaga O.S.B. conducts these chants of the ancient Hispanic liturgy, in a recording of medieval sacred music.
A single CD released on 24 March 1997; the cover reproduces a painting of two Mozarabic bishops on a red background.
For fans of sacred music, ancient chant and the medieval Hispanic liturgy.
