It is the companion album to Ron Howard's documentary 'Eight Days A Week: The Touring Years', with live versions of 'Twist and Shout', 'Ticket to Ride' and 'Help!', plus four previously unreleased tracks.
Mixed and remastered by Giles Martin and Sam Okell at Abbey Road Studios from the original three-track tapes. A single disc, with an approximate running time of 43 minutes.
