«Home» is the piano blues and electric blues album by Champion Jack Dupree, released by Charly UK on CD in the Charly Blues Masterworks Vol. 40 series.
The album captures a blues session with Champion Jack Dupree on piano and vocals, accompanied by The Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation and a horn section. The mood is relaxed and direct, with fine guitar solos from John Morshead and the unmistakable presence of the pianist, between piano blues and electric blues.
British edition of a CD, with reference CD BM 40, in the Charly Blues Masterworks Vol. 40 series.
For fans of piano blues and electric blues, and for collectors of the Charly Blues Masterworks series.
