«El Conciertazo» is the classical music compilation album, released in 2002 by RNE on CD (3 discs).
It compiles live recordings from the RTVE programme El Conciertazo, with classical works performed before an applauding audience. Fernando Argenta's comments accompany the pieces without ever drowning them out, in a selection designed to bring the orchestral repertoire closer to the youngest listeners.
Contains 22 classical pieces per disc. Musical production by Javier Zuazu; sound recording by Javier Morales and Diego Arévalo. Published by RTVE Música, with © Radiotelevisión Española, 2002.
Aimed at children and as a first approach to classical music.
