«Super Size Me» is the documentary film by Morgan Spurlock (2004), on DVD.
Morgan Spurlock turns his own body into an experiment: for 30 days he eats only at McDonald's and records how his physical and mental health evolve. Discomfort appears quickly, and the documentary turns that experience into a critique of fast food, its impact on public health, and the responsibility of major chains.
DVD edition, region 2 (PAL), published by Tartan in 2005, rated for ages 12 and over.
For viewers interested in social-issue documentaries and the impact of fast food on public health.
