«Sin City» is the film by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller starring Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke and Jessica Alba, in a 2-DVD edition.
Adaptation of Frank Miller's comic, Sin City presents interwoven stories in Basin City, a corrupt metropolis. Marv seeks revenge for the woman he loved, Hartigan protects a dancer, and Dwight takes on organised crime alongside the prostitutes. Its black-and-white panel aesthetic, with red and silhouettes, sits between film noir and action.
2-DVD edition with the theatrical version (119 min), the uncut extended version (138 min) and extras. Audio in Spanish and English; subtitles in Spanish. Not recommended for under-18s.
Aimed at fans of Frank Miller's comic and film noir, and at those who want the uncut extended version.
