«Rien ne sert de crier» is the film by John Laing (2012), starring Kelly McGillis and Barry Corbin, on DVD.
A recently widowed woman moves to a small town and begins to suffer terrifying experiences. She senses that the community harbours a deadly secret from the past that threatens to repeat itself and that someone will do anything to keep hidden. The motto 'Personne ne vous entend…' condenses its atmosphere of suspense and isolation.
The DVD contains the 90-minute film in 1.33:1 picture with French Dolby Digital 2.0 audio; it is a Region 2 edition published by Edito in 2012 and includes a single disc.
For fans of thrillers, mystery and suspense; the edition carries a CNC parental guidance classification.
