Synopsis of Le Bonheur est dans le pré
Francis Bergeade, un empresario francés que fabrica asientos de inodoro, está pasando por un mal momento: sus empleados están en huelga y su esposa está saqueando su cuenta bancaria mientras planea la boda de su hija. Una noche, Francis ve un programa de televisión sobre personas desaparecidas y se sorprende al ver la historia de Dolores, una mujer que vive en una granja en el sur de Francia y que no sabe dónde está su marido. Francis se da cuenta de que se parece mucho al marido de Dolores y decide hacerse pasar por él, dejando a su esposa preguntándose dónde está.
