«Hair» is the musical film by Milos Forman (1979), starring John Savage, Treat Williams and Beverly D'Angelo, on DVD.
Set in the 1960s, it tells of a young army recruit meeting a group of hippies in Central Park. Through songs and dances, the film shows the protagonist embracing a lifestyle of free love, peace and protest against war, while the era and its ideals clash with his military fate.
