In an isolated underwater laboratory, a group of scientists works on a cure for Alzheimer's using genetically modified mako sharks. However, their experiments go terribly wrong when the sharks gain superior intelligence and become faster, stronger, and deadlier, turning the facility into a death trap. The survivors must fight to escape as the predators stalk them through every flooded corridor. Directed by Renny Harlin, this intense action-horror film features a standout cast including Thomas Jane, Saffron Burrows, and Samuel L. Jackson.
