Emilie, a young hairdresser, receives an anonymous, passionate love letter. To cheer up her mother, who is suffering from deep depression, she decides to send the letter to her, but soon finds herself caught in a web of misunderstandings and lies that spiral out of control. This French romantic comedy, directed by Pierre Salvadori and starring Audrey Tautou, is a charming story about the entanglements of the heart and the unexpected consequences of our actions.
