«Cape Fear Collection» is the DVD pack with both versions of the thriller «Cape Fear»: J. Lee Thompson's (1962) and Martin Scorsese's (1991).
The pack brings together two takes on the same classic of suspense cinema: the original 1962 version, directed by J. Lee Thompson, and the 1991 reinterpretation by Martin Scorsese. Both films explore psychological tension and harassment, with an increasingly suffocating confrontation between the pursuer and his victims, in the same crime story.
DVD edition from Universal that includes both versions; the cover carries an 18 certificate.
For fans of suspense and crime films and for collectors who want to enjoy two versions of the classic.
