«Brick» is the detective film by Rian Johnson (2006), starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Nora Zehetner and Lukas Haas, on DVD.
Brendan Frye, a high-school loner, investigates the death of the girl he loved and infiltrates a group of students with secrets: the rich Lara, the intimidating Tug, the addict Dode and the omnipresent The Pin. No one can be trusted in a game of deception with film-noir aesthetics.
The film is presented in a special edition, in PAL and region 2, with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio in English and Spanish and a running time of 110 minutes. Not recommended for children under 13.
It is a proposal for fans of film noir and thrillers with a school setting, and for followers of Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Rian Johnson.
