«Batuka Xtreme» is the dance exercise programme created by Jessica and José Expósito, published by Vale Music on DVD+CD.
Aerobic dance routine combining salsa, jazz, hip hop, house, oriental movements and martial arts steps, with original music by Kike Santander and rhythms such as reggae cumbia, tecno bugaloo, samba capoeira, pop rock, tropi salsa and tecno dance. The 55-minute class is divided into warm-up, aerobic exercise, muscle toning and cool-down; 'Batuka paso a paso' breaks down the choreographies and the CD adds ten tracks and two medleys, including 'Libérame' and 'Batuka Hot'.
The choreographies were created by batuka master trainers Jessica and José Expósito. It is presented as the third proposal of the Batuka method.
For fitness and dance enthusiasts who want to practise a complete class with guided choreographies at home.
