«All Dolled Up» is the documentary about the New York Dolls directed by Bob Gruen and Nadya Beck (2005), on DVD.
In the early seventies, Bob Gruen and Nadya Beck recorded over forty hours of the New York Dolls with a portable camera. The documentary recovers that material: concerts in New York venues such as Kenny's Castaways and Max's Kansas City, the West Coast tour and behind-the-scenes footage.
DVD edition from MVD with one disc, 5.1 surround sound, approximate running time of 230 minutes and audio in English.
For fans of glam rock, punk and music history, and for followers of the New York Dolls.
