«4 Lions» is the film by Christopher Morris (2010), starring Riz Ahmed, Kayvan Novak and Nigel Lindsay, on DVD.
A cell of four British Muslims wants to carry out a suicide attack, but their ineptitude and constant bickering turn their plans into a chain of absurd situations. The film satirises radicalisation and extremism with black humour, featuring clumsy, contradictory characters who come across as strangely human.
Spanish dub (Dolby Digital 5.1), original English audio and Spanish and Catalan subtitles. Running time 97 minutes. Not recommended for under-12s.
Aimed at viewers who appreciate irreverent British comedy and social satire with black humour.
